JLD Trolley mounted air line system

JLD Trolley mounted air line system , for working in hazardous area for longer duration. This system is available with 4/2 cylinders of 300/200 bar 6 ltrs. capacity having working duration for 3 hours for one person. JLD Cascade Airline System is available with 47 ltrs. capacity cylinders of 140 bar having duration for more than 5 hrs for one person. Above system can be used by more that one person also.

DRAGER PAS Airpack 1

DRAGER PAS Airpack 1 Designed using leading technology and materials, Drager's range of heavy duty airline apparatus is ideal for use where an extended duration of breathing air is called for. Chemical tank cleaning, toxic spillages or certain tasks when working on offshore installations are all made easier and more comfortable when using the PAS AirPack 1. Uninterrupted air supply is provided by the trolley-mounted cylinders) to the wearer via a hose reel. As the AirPack can be easily re-located and therefore positioned in a safe zone which is in close proximity to working area, the user need only wear a lightweight harness, such as Drager's PAS Colt, during operation. This allows the wearer a greater freedom of movement, and less stress and fatigue than they would be subjected to if wearing a conventional self contained breathing apparatus unit. The PAS AirPack 1 is able to accommodate up to four compressed air cylinders of up to 12 liters in capacity and is constructed from an anti-static powder coated steel material. A 50 meter length of hose is supplied with AirPack 1 as standard, this can be extended to a length of 100 meters with a range of extension hoses. The trolley hose reel connector is protected with a cover to minimize inadvertent damage being caused.

DRAGER PAS Airpack 2

Drager PAS AirPack 2 ensures that chemical tank cleaning, toxic spillages and certain tasks relating to offshore installations are all made easier and more comfortable. A trolley-mounted cylinder's) ensures that the user is provided with an uninterrupted air supply via a hose reel. Due to its design, AirPack 2 can be easily re-located and positioned in safe zones in close proximity to the user. A major benefit is that the user need only wear a lightweight harness such as Drager's PAS Colt. This provides the wearer with greater freedom of movement and less fatigue compared to more conventional self contained breathing apparatus. PAS AirPack 2 is able to accommodate up to two compressed air cylinders up to a maximum of 50 liters in capacity whilst being constructed from anti-static powder PAS AirPack 2 Extended duration breathing apparatus at its best. supplied with a fully approved lifting eye, thereby enabling safe transfer when elevated working areas may be unavoidable. The rear wheel of the trolley incorporates a simple to operate foot brake, preventing any inadvertent movement of the unit whilst in operation. The system provides ultimate flexibility being available with either one or two pressure regulators and two hose reels, allowing joint use of the system or for two completely independent systems to run concurrently.
