Fall Arresters

Tractel Blocfor range performs an automatic locking function if the user falls, the height of fall is limited by the instantaneous reaction of the brake. The length of the lanyard is adjusted automatically via a retraction system integrated in the device which gives the user great flexibility of movement. The Blocfor operates horizontally and protects the person who is working on a roof or height. The lanyard is available in 3 versions galvanised steel, steel and synthetic rope. The Blocfor range complies with standard EN 360 . Blocfor is available in 2.3 mtr, 5 mtr, 6 mtr, 10 mtr, 20 mtr and 30 mtr length.

STOPFOR S	Rope Grabs

STOPFOR AP	Rope Grabs
	Characteristics Double safety system for opening and closing (press on locknut and on serrated button). Anti-panic device. Upside down mounting prevention system. Locking function for working held by rope. Directional arrow. Cannot be dismantled.
STOPFOR M	Rope Grabs
	The Stopfor M can be used in two ways : - The “holding” method.The cam grips the rope when the user stops pressing the red lever. The user can then be supported at his work position by the work positioning system consisting of the textile rope, the STOPFOR M, the lanyard and the harness. - The “released” method. The cam opens when the user presses the red lever, and the STOPFOR M can then be moved along the rope. While he is moving along the rope, in “released” mode, the user is not anchored, and if there is an incident, the user must release the lever. A spring will then cause the cam to close. To install the STOPFOR M on the rope, the unit must be opened. The unit has a hinge which is closed using a captive screw and automatic lock. The STOPFOR M has a device which prevents the unit from closing if it is fitted upside down on the rope.
D-ROPE	TRACTEL rescue descenders .
	The descanders in the D-rope range are rescues devices which may used to descend from a height at a limited speed, either solo or with the assistance of rescuer. The Derope is ideal for evacuation from structures such as elevated platforms, telecom or electricit pylons, tower cranes, wind generators, etc. The Derope can operate in alternate direction if a number of people have to be evacuated from the same area
TRACPODE / TRIPOD
	The Tracpode tripod/evacuation device is a temporary anchorage point, sufficiently lightweight (17.7 kg) and transportable for carrying out work in confined spaces (shafts, silos, sewers). It can be equipped with a Blocfor R lifeline, and can optionally be fitted with a Carol winch for lifting equipment. The Tracpode complies with standard En 795 class B.
